Sevriano Battista
Sevriano leads transaction structuring and execution at KentRidge Capital. He has experience across private credit, structured finance, private-equity diligence and capital raising, including work on more than 20 private-market transactions and a US$95 million debt-and-equity financing.
Before founding KentRidge, he worked at a Singapore-based private-credit platform focused on lower-middle-market transactions across Asia. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Edinburgh.
Kaan Sevil
Kaan leads origination, strategic partnerships, institutional lender coverage and the firm’s developing United States opportunity network. He supports the sourcing and assessment of cross-border private-credit and structured-capital opportunities, and the development of KentRidge’s capital-partner relationships.
He holds an MEng in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.
