KentRidge Capital provides debt arrangement and transaction advisory services to corporate borrowers. KentRidge advises its clients on financing structure, preparation for lender review and the negotiation of commercial terms. KentRidge does not raise equity, and does not offer, market or place securities.
KentRidge does not lend or invest from its own balance sheet. It does not manage assets or money on behalf of any person, does not hold client assets or client money, does not deal in capital markets products, and does not receive or transmit orders. KentRidge does not make, and nothing on this website constitutes, an offer, invitation or inducement to any person to subscribe for, purchase or dispose of any security, unit, debenture, loan, financial product or other financial instrument.
Information on this website is directed at corporate counterparties and at accredited, expert and institutional investors. It is not directed at, and is not suitable for, retail investors or members of the public. Where any element of a transaction requires an activity that is licensed or otherwise regulated in a relevant jurisdiction, KentRidge acts alongside appropriately licensed or exempt parties and does not itself perform that activity.

Privacy and this website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and stores no visitor data. The enquiry form on the contact page does not submit anything to this website: it composes a message in your own email client, which you then choose to send. Any information you send by email is held in KentRidge’s business email account and used only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to assess and progress a potential transaction. It is not sold, and is not shared other than with your knowledge in the course of an engagement. The website loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google’s servers from your browser.
