Execution process
Six stages, start to funding.
01
Assessment
We evaluate the business, capital requirement, use of proceeds, credit profile, financial performance, transaction timing and potential investor fit.
02
Capital strategy
We determine the appropriate solution across senior debt, mezzanine, subordinated debt, structured capital or bespoke financing structures.
03
Transaction preparation
We develop the financial analysis, transaction narrative, counterparty documentation and data-room requirements needed for institutional review.
04
Counterparty analysis
We analyse which private-credit funds, family offices, strategic investors and other institutional capital providers hold mandates consistent with the transaction, and advise the client on which to approach.
05
Terms and diligence
We support the client through counterparty discussions, evaluate proposals, advise on commercial terms and coordinate financial, legal and operational diligence.
06
Closing
We support definitive documentation, conditions precedent, approvals and execution through to capital deployment.
Engagement
Senior-led throughout.
KentRidge remains actively involved at every stage: counterparty discussions, term-sheet negotiation, diligence, documentation and closing. The same people who assess a situation are the ones who see it through.
